Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to support the Behavioral Health Child/Adolescent Utilization Management team. You will coordinate admissions for out-of-home residential services and act as a liaison among providers, care managers, and internal teams to ensure timely access to quality treatment settings.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across networks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Arizona behavioral health system or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential treatment providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referrals, tracking provider responses, and documenting facility activities.
