Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to support the Utilization Management Department by coordinating admissions for out-of-home residential services. Responsibilities include managing referrals, identifying suitable residential providers, and ensuring timely submission of information for facility reviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with behavioral health system operations and community-based resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel) and electronic documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within the specified region.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions for members approved for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment across multiple levels of care.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential treatment providers to support the member's treatment goals.
• Manage the referral process, including distribution of referrals, tracking responses, and documenting facility activities.
