Job summary

Southeastern Directions for Life is seeking a Residential Assistant for Cayman Court Assisted Living Program to support adults with severe mental illness. The role involves monitoring daily needs, scheduling and transportation for appointments, and assisting with personal care and medication.

The position is full-time and requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass rigorous background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous psychiatric or assisted living experience beneficial, but not required.
• Must have a current driver's license, car insurance, and a driving record acceptable to Southeast's insurance provider.
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check to include fingerprinting, Dept. of Social Services Central Registry check, Motor Vehicle background check, and drug screening.
