Compensation: $30,850 annually
Work Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off, working a rotation of all three shifts: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m., and 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
The Residential Assistant (RA) provides guidance and care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in a residential setting. This position supports individuals with day-to-day living activities, provides active treatment training, and helps maintain a safe, positive, and home-like environment.
The Residential Assistant works closely with other professionals and is responsible for ensuring the group home remains safe and clean in accordance with Life Safety and Health standards.
