Job summary

Southeastern Directions for Life in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking motivated individuals to work in our Transitional House. The role involves monitoring adults with psychiatric disabilities in a structured living environment, offering supervision, and supporting implementation of treatment goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current driver's license and car insurance; driving record acceptable to insurer.
• Must pass comprehensive criminal background checks including fingerprinting and registry checks.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position will monitor adults with psychiatric disabilities in a transitional living facility, work flexible hours to provide supervision, involve implementation of treatment goals, maintain accurate records, and work with psychosocial rehabilitation teams as well as community agencies and family members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous psychiatric or supported living experience beneficial but not required. Must have a current driver's license, car insurance, and a driving record acceptable to Southern’s insurance provider. Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check to include fingerprinting, Dept. of Social Services Central Registry check, Motor Vehicle background check, and drug screening.
