Job summary

PsychPros, Inc. is seeking Residential Aides/Support Specialists in Warren County, Ohio. Shifts include 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a. This temp-to-hire role helps clients in substance abuse recovery build independent lives and offers a doorway to a brand-new facility program.

You will be a friendly, supportive face for residents, performing rounds, ensuring safety, and handling basic intake duties with software updates. Prior abuse-care experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a strong work ethic are required.
• Ability to stay calm and de-escalate when needed.

Responsibilities
