Job summary

Recovering Hope Treatment Center – Mora, MN is seeking a part-time Residential Advocate (2pm–10pm, every other weekend). No experience needed; training provided. You will support women and families reclaim their lives from substance use disorders and contribute to a safe, nurturing environment.

Job Type: Part-Time, Up to 8 hours per week
Pay: $17.00 - $22.85 per hour; based on experience (with additional evening, overnight, and weekend shift differentials!)
Schedule: 2pm - 10pm, every other weekend.

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable with computers and basic tech

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently communicate with employees, parents, clients and other individuals with key relationships. This requires receiving and providing accurate information in writing or verbally, in these situations.
• Frequently reach above shoulder height to reach necessary items, including supplies, medications, etc.
• Frequently complete repetitive tasks.
• Sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Lift up to 60 lbs. from floor to waist height.
