Job summary

Guinco Service in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Appliance Refrigeration Repair Technician to diagnose and repair residential appliances, including refrigeration, cooking, and laundry units. This full-time role emphasizes customer service and precise workmanship.

You will work with a take-home company vehicle, iPad for digital records, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Full Line Appliance Repair Technician (Refrigeration, Cooking, Cleaning, Laundry) is required.
• Physical ability to lift or maneuver 50 pounds and occasionally up to 125 pounds.
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driver’s license check.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-service focused.
• Basic computer/tablet skills and strong mechanical aptitude.

• Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and a professional demeanor.
• Digital Management: Utilize a company-issued iPad to process repair records, reference technical information, collect payments, and issue receipts electronically.
• Decision Making: Make timely, independent decisions regarding repairs while working within a supportive team structure.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, technical support, dispatch, routing, and management.
