Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Full Line Appliance Repair Technician (Refrigeration, Cooking, Cleaning, Laundry).
• Capable of lifting or maneuvering 50 pounds and occasionally up to 125 pounds.
• Willing to undergo a pre‑employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driver’s license check.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-service focused.
• Basic computer/tablet skills and strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose and repair residential home appliances to manufacturer standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Utilize a company-issued iPad to process repair records and payments.
• Make timely, independent decisions regarding repairs within a supportive team structure.
