Novak & Parker Inc. seeks a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to travel to customers’ homes and businesses, diagnose and repair existing appliances, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The role requires reliability, a technical mindset, and strong service orientation.

The ideal candidate will have appliance repair certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform hands-on repairs and preventive maintenance with attention to safety and warranty services.

Qualifications

• Appliance repair certification preferred.
• Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification preferred for A/C and refrigeration work.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Excellent customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for appliance service.
• Evaluate and diagnose home appliance problems.
• Estimate the costs of appliance repair, service, and installation.
• Repair appliances.
• Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services.
• Adhere to manufacturer recommendations.
