The Residential Aide Team Leader reports to the Director of Residential Aide and collaborates with social services staff to deliver trauma-informed care and consistent housing program operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE required.
• Leadership and supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus; required after employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to Residential Aides on shift, train and guide staff.
• Support residents with daily needs and refer concerns to program staff.
• Secure shift coverage for call-outs, vacations, and emergencies.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and incident documentation is completed.
• De-escalate conflicts and communicate with supervisors as needed.
• Maintain shift logs and accurate documentation for residents.
