Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; related experience accepted.
• FDNY Fire Guard (F-02) and/or Fire Safety and Alarm Coordinator (F80) cert required.
• CPR, First Aid, Narcan certification a plus.
• Experience in institutional shelters/residential settings preferred.
• Knowledge of services for homeless, substance use, and mental health populations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Work with RA Director to meet shift responsibilities daily.
• Communicate effectively with RA Director, team leaders, and staff.
• Provide day‑to‑day supervision and coaching to RA staff on shift.
• Ensure staffing coverage and maintain schedules across facilities.
