Job summary

The Connection is seeking a Per Diem Residential Aide in New Haven, CT 06511. The role involves direct client care, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting safety, health, and wellness for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience as Residential Aide or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care, including activities of daily living, and support for safety, health and wellness.
• Maintain a safe, harm-free environment for all residents.
• Work within Adult Services on the Residential Behavioral Health Treatment care team to support clients’ recovery from mental illness, substance use, and homelessness.
