Job Overview: The Residential Aide provides direct, supportive care to adult clients living at the Healing Center, a residential treatment program for Native Americans with substance use and co‑occurring mental health disorders. This position supports daily operations of the facility, ensures client safety, and helps maintain a structured, respectful, and culturally supportive environment. Residential Aides serve as positive role models and assist with daily routines, transportation, crisis response, and communication with clinical and cultural staff. Aides play a key role in promoting healing, wellness, and community among residents.
