The Eddy Center, Middletown, CT is seeking a Residential Aide to support justice-involved men and women re-entering the community. This part-time role operates on the third shift with weekend coverage, offering a structured, client-centered approach and supervision within a residential housing program.

The Eddy Center is a residential housing program that provides individualized treatment services, substance use and mental health education, and job preparation to adult males who are under DOC's supervision so they can successfully re-enter their communities and avoid re-offending.
This Residential Aide will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure and supervision to justice involved Men/Women as they re-enter the community after a period of incarceration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice involved or have a client/customer support background and be highly motivated to help others make positive change. An ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries is required.
If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
