Job summary

The Connection Inc. is seeking a Residential Aide to support clients' daily living activities and well-being within our residential behavioral health program. You will work with staff to promote recovery from mental illness, homelessness, and related challenges.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

• 2+ years relevant experience as Residential Aide or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

• Provide direct client care including activities of daily living.
