The Connection Inc. in New Haven, CT is seeking a Residential Aide for the Sierra Center Work Release program.

This full-time, first-shift role offers a $20.00 hourly wage and provides structured supervision to adults re-entering the community. You will work with Community Justice staff to rehabilitate, educate, and guide clients from incarceration back into the community, maintaining professional boundaries and compassionate support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or an Associate's Degree
• Valid Driver’s License
• Regular and predictable attendance
