Job summary

Adams and Associates, in partnership with Woodland Job Corps Center, seeks a Residential Advisor to support students in a structured living environment.

You will mentor students, build community, handle crises, and enforce policies to ensure safety and positive growth, while collaborating with support services to promote holistic student success.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least one year of Job Corps experience; driving may be preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of Job Corps or related program experience required.
• Valid in-State Driver's License preferred.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, climb, walk, lift up to 40 pounds.
