Job summary

A leading advisory services provider is seeking a Residential Account Specialist to support residential utility programs in Louisiana. This role involves managing relationships with trade allies, conducting quality assurance, and providing reports on energy efficiency projects. A Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in related fields are necessary. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license. The position includes local travel (20-30%). Competitive salary range from $60,940 to $103,598.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, or experience can substitute for education.
• 2+ years' experience in utilities, energy efficiency, or trades preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and successful Motor Vehicle Records check required.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve projects submitted by trade allies.
• Perform field QA/QC to validate project data.
• Coach trade allies and internal teams on best practices.
• Assist with report assembly and database management.
• Build relationships with local Trade Allies and efficiency programs.
• Attend trade shows and conferences as needed.
• Stay informed on energy efficiency programs and trends.
• Reliable vehicle required for local travel.
