Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Wellness Coordinator for Stoughton Meadows Assisted Living Community in Stoughton, WI. You will supervise wellness staff and ensure quality resident care, delivering hands-on support as needed.

Partner with the Wellness Director to implement policies, maintain infection control, and promote resident wellness. The role requires CPR certification, a current license, and at least one year of health‑care experience, with supervisory duties preferred.

Qualifications

• Current license/certification as required by regulatory bodies.
• Minimum of one year experience in health care or assisted living.
• Supervisory experience in a health care environment preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise wellness staff and ensure quality resident care.
• Provide direct care to residents as needed.
• Support Wellness Director and enforce community policies and programs.
• Ensure infection control guidelines are met and safety procedures followed.
• Recruit, train and coach Wellness staff; participate in evaluations.
• Ensure medication training and monitoring meets regulatory standards.
