The Pennant Group, Inc. in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a Wellness Coordinator for a senior living community. You will supervise Wellness staff, provide direct resident care when needed, and promote resident wellness in partnership with the Wellness Director.

You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, participate in staff meetings and training, maintain licenses, and support recruitment and coaching of Wellness staff while upholding CAPLICO Core Values.

Qualifikationen

• Current license/certification as required by state and federal regulations.
• Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or health care.
• Prior supervisory experience in health care preferred.

• Provide hands‑on supervision of Wellness staff and ensure quality resident care.
• Provide direct care to residents as needed to support wellness.
• Assist in policy adherence, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education in‑services.
• Support recruitment, training, and coaching of Wellness staff.
• Ensure medication training and monitoring meet regulatory standards.
