Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. seeks a Full Time Wellness Coordinator at Lotus Gardens Senior Living Community in Appleton, Wisconsin.

You will supervise assigned Wellness staff, provide direct resident care as needed, and assist the Wellness Director with program delivery and regulatory compliance. Minimum qualifications include at least one year in assisted living or health care, current CPR certification, and preferred supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Current license/certification as required by regulatory bodies.
• Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or health care.
• Prior supervisory experience in the health care environment strongly preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on supervision of assigned Wellness staff and direct care to residents as needed.
• Supports Wellness Director in policy implementation, training, and regulatory compliance.
• Participates in infection control, staff education, and ongoing quality improvement.
• Involves recruitment, hiring, and coaching of Wellness staff; ensures medication training meets standards.
