Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Wellness Coordinator for Stoughton Meadows Assisted Living in Stoughton, Wisconsin.

This role involves supervising Wellness staff, delivering direct care as needed, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations to maintain high-quality resident wellness. You will work with the Wellness Director to implement policies, participate in ongoing training, and support recruitment and coaching of staff to meet safety and care standards.

Qualifications

• Current license/certification as required by regulatory bodies.
• Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or health care.
• Prior supervisory experience in the health care environment strongly preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on supervision of assigned Wellness staff, ensuring quality resident care and promotion of resident wellness.
• Provides direct care services to residents as needed, ensuring health and safety.
• Supports all community policies and programs with Wellness Director.
• Maintains knowledge of current assisted living regulations and ensures compliance.
• Participates in staff meetings and continuing education in-services.
• Participates in recruitment, hiring, training, and ongoing education of Wellness staff.
