Independence Village in Zionsville, IN is seeking an Assistant Wellness Director (LPN) to lead clinical resident care services, optimize performance, and strengthen team connections within our community.

The role requires active LPN licensure in Indiana, prior supervisory experience, and the ability to manage complex care scenarios while communicating with families and staff. A focus on 1440 care standards and ongoing education supports our residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registered within the State required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Proven organization and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage your team and overall accountability for performance.
• Oversee revenue, evaluations and care conferences to ensure right care at the right price with the right staff.
• Foster Employee First by setting expectations and providing feedback and recognition.
• Oversee resident care and communicate with families as appropriate.
• Lead 1440 care standard accountability and drive care quality improvements.
• Schedule educational health sessions for residents and staff.
