Job summary

StoryPoint Lake Owasso in Roseville, MN is seeking a Wellness Director to lead clinical resident care services, optimize performance, and strengthen employee connections across the community.

The ideal candidate is an RN or LPN licensed in Minnesota with CDP within 90 days, and has experience in assisted living/memory care with a proven ability to drive revenue and staff performance. This role also manages operations, ensures 1440 care standards, and collaborates with leaders to market wellness.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensed in Minnesota with CDP due within 90 days.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage revenue and financials.
• Strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage wellness team and performance.
