Job summary

Pine Village in Kansas seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide transport assistive services to residents per care plans and facility policies, under the direction of the supervisor.

Responsibilities include transporting residents to appointments and events, assisting with transfers using lifts, keeping paperwork and rosters up to date, and ensuring vehicle readiness and safety during daily operations.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid, unencumbered state issued driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation services to residents as scheduled or as needed for appointments or events.
• Assist resident with transfer activities during transport per care plans.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding from vehicle including use of mechanical lifts and positioning.
