Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC in Illinois is seeking a full-time Transportation Coordinator (Driver) to deliver a structured transportation program within the community. Responsibilities include scheduling, resident communication, and operational support beyond driving.

You will safely operate vehicles, manage requests in the digital system, maintain vehicle readiness, and assist with entertainment/outings while ensuring safety and timely returns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ and have 3+ years of licensed driving experience.
• Clean MVR and valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation services for residents during scheduled hours.
• Operate community vehicles safely for medical, recreational, and personal transport.
• Enter and manage transport requests in the digital management system.
• Maintain vehicle readiness with routine inspections and clean/fueled condition.
• Support events with planning and logistics, ensuring safety and timely return.
• Perform non-driving operational tasks and provide interdepartmental support.
