Bozeman Lodge in Bozeman, MT is looking for an Activities Assistant to help plan, develop, and run engaging programs for residents. The role emphasizes compassion, patience, and teamwork within a care-centered environment.

You will encourage participation, foster a warm atmosphere, provide safe transportation for outings, perform vehicle pre-trip inspections, and collaborate with the activities team to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet company auto policy requirements to drive the van/bus for outings.
• Ability to physically assist residents and lift/bend as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity programs.
• Encourage residents to participate in scheduled activity programs.
• Create a warm, friendly atmosphere for residents.
• Provide safe, courteous transportation for outings and ensure pre-trip vehicle inspections.
