Job summary

Meridian Senior Living in Conroe, TX, seeks a Driver to provide safe, courteous transportation for residents. You will prepare vehicles, ensure resident safety, and support daily operations.

Candidates need at least 1 year in passenger transport with vans/shuttles/SUVs, be 21+, hold a valid license, CPR/First Aid, and excellent customer service. Team player with compassion for the elderly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1 year proven experience in passenger transportation with vans, shuttles and SUVs.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation for residents.
• Prepare bus/vehicle for operation and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Prioritize resident safety and satisfaction in all transportation tasks.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations.
