Job summary

Farmington Square Beaverton in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to help create joyful moments for residents. You will plan and run activity programs, foster a warm, engaging atmosphere, and provide safe transportation for outings.

Must be 21+, possess a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record, and be comfortable assisting residents physically. Join a care-centered team focused on enriching daily life.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity programs for residents.
• Encourage participation in scheduled activity programs.
• Create a positive atmosphere of warmth and fun for residents.
• Provide safe transportation services for resident outings.
• Ensure vehicle pre-trip inspections are completed before each trip.
• Be a team player and assist in the activities department when there are no transportation needs.
