Job summary

Farmington-Squar in Beaverton, OR is seeking a compassionate Activities Assistant to support senior residents by planning and leading activity programs, and providing safe transportation for outings.

Must be at least 21, have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and be able to assist residents physically, including lifting. Join our caring team and make a positive impact daily.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and kind, with a heart for working with seniors.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record for resident outings.
• Ability to physically assist residents, including lifting and bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity programs.
• Encourage residents to participate in scheduled activity programs.
• Provide a warm, safe atmosphere and transportation for outings.
• Be a team player and assist in activities when there are no transportation needs.
