Job summary

Meadow Lakes in Indiana is seeking a dependable Resident Transportation Driver for a full-time day shift to safely transport residents to medical appointments, outings, and on-campus activities. You will assist residents on and off the bus and coordinate with the Bethany Village team to ensure timely, compassionate service.

The role requires 25+ years old and a high school diploma or GED; CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, outings, activities, and other destinations.
• Assist residents on and off the bus, including those using wheelchairs or mobility devices.
• Operate wheelchair ramps, lifts, and other transportation equipment safely.
• Coordinate resident drop-offs and pick-ups with the Bethany Village team.
• Keep the bus clean, fueled, organized, and ready for transportation.
• Complete routine vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs.
• Assist Activities team with outings and events as needed.
• Provide a friendly, respectful experience for residents during travel.
