Job summary

Meadow Lakes is seeking a Resident Transportation Driver for a full-time day shift to provide safe transportation for residents to medical appointments and community activities. You will also assist residents entering/exiting the bus, including those using mobility devices, and coordinate with the Bethany Village team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, outings, activities, and other community destinations.
• Assist residents safely on and off the bus, including residents who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices.
• Safely operate wheelchair ramps, lifts, tie-downs, and other transportation equipment.
• Coordinate resident drop-offs and pick-ups with the Bethany Village team.
• Keep the bus clean, fueled, organized, and ready for transportation.
• Complete routine vehicle safety checks and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Assist the Activities team with resident outings, events, and activities as needed.
• Provide a friendly, respectful, and supportive experience for residents while traveling.
