American Senior Communities Meadow Lakes in Mooresville, IN is seeking a Resident Transportation Driver for the full-time day shift. You will transport residents to medical appointments and community activities, assist with boarding, and ensure safe, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, outings, activities and other destinations.
• Assist residents on/off the bus, including those using wheelchairs or mobility devices.
• Operate wheelchair ramps, lifts, and tie-downs safely.
• Coordinate drop-offs and pick-ups with the Bethany Village team.
• Keep the bus clean, fueled, organized and ready for transportation.
• Perform routine vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs.
• Support Activities team with resident outings and events as needed.
