Oakmont Healthcare and Rehabilitation of Humble is seeking a Transportation Aide – CNA to safely transport residents to appointments and activities while delivering compassionate care.

You will assist with mobility, monitor safety, record vitals as needed, and perform CNA duties when not transporting residents. Requires Texas CNA certification, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Texas Nursing Assistant Certification is required.
• Good communication and patient-care skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy, and activities.
• Ensure resident comfort and monitor safety during transport.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition promptly.
• Assist with mobility using proper technique and devices.
• Record vitals when needed during transport.
• Support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
