Qualifications

• Must hold valid Texas Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Must pass DMV check and qualify for company insurance.
• Must complete Employee Driver Proficiency program.
• Excellent communication, patience, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with caregiving and safe vehicle operation.
• Willing to perform CNA duties in the facility when not transporting.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy, and activities.
• Ensure resident comfort and monitor safety during transport.
• Observe changes in residents and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with mobility using assistive devices and proper technique.
• Record vitals as needed during transport.
• Support the team by performing CNA duties when not transporting.
