Twilighthomenr is seeking a Transportation Aide – CNA to ensure safe, compassionate transportation for residents to appointments and activities while providing attentive care.

Responsibilities include driving residents, monitoring safety, reporting changes, assisting with mobility, and assisting with CNA duties when not transporting. A valid driver’s license, Texas CNA certification, and DMV clearance are required.

Competenze

• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas (CNA).
• Able to pass DMV check and qualify for company insurance.
• Completes the Employee Driver Proficiency program.
• Demonstrates strong communication, patient care, and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
• Monitor safety and comfort during transport.
• Observe changes in residents’ condition and report concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with mobility using assistive devices and proper technique.
• Record vitals when needed during transport.
• Support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
