Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must have CNA training and maintain CE for certification.
• Familiar with GPS and local driving area.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with loading and unloading from approved vehicles.
• Ensure safe transport to medical appointments and activities.
• Maintain interior and exterior of facility vehicles for safety and image.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance logs and schedule routine maintenance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
