Qualifications

• Valid Ohio driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Must be 21 or older; no major driving offenses in past 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely patient transportation as needed.
• Maintain vehicle and transportation logs.
• Inspect vehicles daily; arrange maintenance with Lead Maintenance personnel.
• Respond to calls and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Fuel vehicles and process related receipts.
• Complete pre-check sheets and sign off.
• Clean patient rooms, offices, and public areas as assigned.
