Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred or willingness to complete CNA program within six months of hire.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Valid State Driver’s License with no more than 3 entries (accidents, moving violations, and failures to appear).
• Customer service oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to appointments, community events, and others as needed.
• Confirm doctors’ appointments for residents.
• Notify family of arrangements regarding appointments.
• Monitor daily documentation and filing.
• All other duties as assigned.
