Sunrise Manor, part of Signature HealthCARE, seeks a Transportation Aide to support residents across the facility in Kentucky. You will transport residents to appointments and events, confirm schedules with doctors, and keep families informed of arrangements.

The role requires a CNA or willingness to obtain one within six months, CPR certification, and a valid Kentucky driver’s license. The position emphasizes reliable, compassionate service with strong documentation practices and teamwork on

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification or be willing to complete a state-approved CNA program within 6 months of hire.
• Current/active CPR certification required.
• Valid State Driver's License with limited entries (no more than 3).
• Customer service oriented, able to work well under pressure.

How you Will make a difference

• Transport residents to appointments, community events, and others as needed
• Confirm doctors' appointments for residents
• Notify family of arrangements regarding appointments
• Monitor daily documentation and filing
• All other duties as assigned

What you Need to make a Difference

• Current Certified Nursing Assistants Certification preferred, or willingness to complete a state-approved CNA program and become a Nursing Assistant (CNA) within six (6) months of hire.
• Current/active CPR certification
• Valid State Driver's License with no more than 3 entries; counting accidents, moving violation, and failures to appear
• Customer Service oriented, able to work well under pressure
