Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Sunrise is hiring a Transportation Aide to transport residents to appointments and events, confirm appointment details with doctors, and notify families of arrangements. The role requires CNA certification or willingness to complete CNA training within six months, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with limited violations.

• Monitor daily documentation and filing.
• All other duties as assigned.

Overview

How you Will make a difference

• Transport residents to appointments, community events, and others as needed

What you Need to make a Difference

• Current Certified Nursing Assistants Certification preferred, or willingness to complete a state-approved CNA program and become a Nursing Assistant (CNA) within six (6) months of hire.
• Current/active CPR certification
• Valid State Driver’s License with no more than 3 entries; counting accidents, moving violation, and failures to appear
• Customer Service oriented, able to work well under pressure
