Qualifikationen

• Current CNA certification preferred, or willingness to complete a state-approved CNA program within six months of hire.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Valid State Driver’s License with no more than 3 entries; counting accidents, moving violations, and failures to appear.

Aufgaben

• Transport residents to appointments, community events, and other activities as needed.
• Confirm doctors’ appointments for residents and notify families of arrangements.
• Monitor daily documentation and filing.
• All other duties as assigned.
