Qualifications

• CPR certification is required; CNA certification preferred or willing to complete CNA program within six months.
• Valid State Driver’s License with limited violations; clean driving record is needed.

Responsabilités

• Transport residents to appointments, events, and other activities.
• Confirm doctors’ appointments for residents.
• Notify family of arrangements regarding appointments.
• Monitor daily documentation and filing.
• All other duties as assigned.
