Job summary

Daifuku is seeking a Senior Resident System Support Sales Manager to oversee RSS sites, manage contracts, and lead site teams across operations and maintenance. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving growth and renewal opportunities.

You will coordinate managers, ensure compliance, and develop processes to enhance service delivery and client outcomes at multiple locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing field or related area; equivalent experience accepted.
5+ years in service provision with adherence to contract terms.
3+ years managing a team in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with CMMS programs.
Advanced knowledge of fulfilment centers or distribution warehouses and conveyor systems.
Strong leadership to coach and train employees at all levels.
Ability to interface with customers, vendors and executive management.
Troubleshooting and repairing Daifuku equipment and technology.
Knowledge of automated conveyor systems, electrical principles, blueprints and schematics.
Budgets and basic accounting principles.
Knowledge of safety programs.
Ability to learn new technologies.
Proficient MS Office skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Oversee customer relationships and satisfaction of RSS sites; accountable for sales and renewal estimates.
Supervise Resident System Support Managers, including financial and technical activities of operations and maintenance at customer sites.
Plan and implement systems and procedures to ensure operating quality and preventive maintenance programs.
Facilitate technical and safety training and professional development for staff.
Develop and implement business plans.
Participate in emergency calls; coordinate action plans and close out Client Care tickets.
Maintain client relationships and own end-to-end customer service experience.
Ensure operating quality, preventive maintenance, environmental compliance and safety at sites.
Develop Site Supervisors and managers to ensure effective team management.
Adhere to Daifuku Safety program policies and procedures.
