Friends of Switchpoint is seeking a Switchpoint Resident Support Staff member to manage day-to-day client interactions, conduct interview assessments, admit new clients, supervise volunteers, monitor medications, and ensure safety of residents.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, confidential record-keeping, meal supervision, transport coordination, and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Understand and implement Switchpoint’s mission and values and adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests of the facility.
• Keep a daily log of all occurrences within the facility for each shift.
• Coordinate with management to facilitate residents' special needs (dietary, ADA, etc.).
• Update maintenance logs and assist with transportation for residents.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day client interactions, conduct assessments for new admissions, and document activities.
• Supervise volunteers, monitor medications according to policy, and greet residents.
• Conduct crisis intervention and safety planning, maintain confidentiality, and log activities.
• Ensure safety and security of the program and residents, including perimeter checks.
• Respond to emergencies by contacting appropriate authorities.
