Responsibilities

• Offers supportive supervision and guidance to follow program guidelines.
• Performs ongoing assessment of emotional level and defuses conflicts early.
• Maintains knowledge of administrative and case management policies and guidelines.
• Completes documentation: progress notes, intake forms, logs as needed.
• Maintains CPR and First Aid Certifications.
• Attends agency meetings and staff development programs; training as needed.
• Participation on CQI team is optional.
