• Computer literacy; Word and Excel, email, and internet usage.

Responsibilities

• Researches and coordinates all aspects of community events for children and families.
• Coordinates partnerships with local businesses and churches to sponsor events.
• Provides age-appropriate social and educational activities.
• Promotes a baseline values system through educational materials.
• Enhances self-esteem through a positive reward system with specific goals.
• Observes and documents behavior changes related to group participation.
• Demonstrates good sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect.
• Promotes healthy and safe fun.
• Assists full-time staff with duties as needed.
• Reads charts/logs to understand residents' needs and assist parents.
