Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Hospitality Aide to provide hospitality services to community residents not requiring direct patient care. You will support dining, cleanliness, and routine comfort needs while ensuring safety and dignity for residents.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attentiveness to resident needs, and adherence to health and safety regulations, with flexibility to work beyond standard hours when required.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance at the worksite.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Willingness to work beyond normal hours, weekends, and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Answer call lights promptly and courteously and notify proper personnel of resident needs.
• Pass trays in dining room and to residents confined to their room.
• Pass drinking water and ice.
• Strip bed linen and remake bed as directed.
• Report observations to supervisor and record nourishment intake as directed.
• Help orient new residents to the facility.
• Straighten rooms and label personal toiletries.
• Clean equipment (bedpans, wheelchairs, IV poles, etc.) as directed.
• Monitor compliance with Bloodborne pathogens, infection control, hazardous materials and fire safety.
• Monitor staff compliance with resident rights.
