• Assist non-clinical nursing tasks: bed-making, passing water/ice, answering call lights, gathering supplies.
• Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and social programs.
• Maintain resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide laundry assistance as needed.
• Observe and promptly report safety concerns or issues to management or nursing.
• Assist with daily facility operations as needed.
